Our challenges

Because of the nature of the product encouraging people to click through to another website to purchase, Lyst's challenge was to keep users coming back and increase their retention. We wanted people to remember Lyst, and trust it as the best place to shop their favourite brands.

My contributions

Integrating the retention team, I spent my time advocating for more transparency and high-quality of interaction. I worked closely with other teams' developers, managers and designers to bring the web and app experience together, leading to a much higher trust and stickiness in users.
